The Village is the largest gated community with access available only through security gates. Hot Springs Village is governed by the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (POA), a private, tax-exempt, home owners association. The POA is responsible for all Village amenities including police and fire protection and a public works department that maintains roads, water, sewer and sanitation services for the Village.
