Hot Springs Village Rentals™ (aka HSV Rentals) is an Agent representing the Owners of the properties who employ HSV Rentals, Inc. and pay this agency a rental commission. All of these prices are subjects to change without notice.
Location: We are located at 121 Cordoba Center Dr Suite 200, North of Hot Springs and South of Jessieville. Our office is located on the right hand side of the West (Front) gate entrance to Hot Springs Village.
Office Hours: Open Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturdays: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Sunday: Closed. If you expect you'll be checking into your rental unit after 5 p.m. you must call our office to receive after hours instructions or arrange a check in appointment.
Our Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All reservations require that you return a signed and dated Damages Policy form. We will not issue passes to the Village or keys to a rental unit without your signature on this form. In addition, we must have a current Visa, Master Card, or Discover on file. For Short-term Nightly/Weekly/Monthly Rentals:

A minimum of one night charge plus tax will be charged to your credit card for a nightly or one (1) week booking if not canceled 72 hours PRIOR to check-in date.

A minimum of two(2) night charge plus tax will be charged to your credit card for a two (2) week booking if not canceled two (2) weeks PRIOR to check-in date.

A $250.00 charge will be charged for a one (1) month booking if not canceled one (1) month PRIOR to check-in date.
Check In: You may not check in before 3 p.m. Full payment is required at check in. We accept cash, check (with a valid drivers license), Visa, Master Card, or Discover only. You receive keys, a map to your unit, passes to get in the guard gate, and our after hours emergency phone numbers at check in. If your party is arriving in small groups and your require multiple packets and keys, please let us know ahead of your arrival so that we?ll have everything ready for you.
Check Out: Check out time is 10 a.m. Please return the keys to our office. We have an after hours key drop outside our door. We will not be responsible for items left in the rental unit. Found items may be sent to you upon request at your expense including shipping and handling. The most common items left are cell phone chargers. There is an additional $20 fee for check-outs after 10:00 a.m. (Based on availability only).
Damages: Each rental unit is inspected by our staff before and after each rental occupancy. Any excessive damages or cleaning including obvious smoke smell in non-smoking units will be charged to the tenant. Pets are not allowed in most of our rental units. Tenants bringing pets into non-pet units will pay all costs to clean up hair, smell, etc., associated with pet damages.
Parking: Our townhouse rentals only provide 2 parking spaces per unit so plan accordingly. Call our office if you're bringing trailers, moving vans, boats, or extra vehicles, so that we can help you arrange for parking.
Rental Units: Our rental units are owned by private individuals and are equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All units have equipped kitchens, linens, bath towels and television sets. A complimentary one-time supply of soap, toilet tissue, paper towels and dishwasher powder will be in your unit upon arrival. You are responsible for any and all supplies needed after that.
